Archived Biography:

Ben Lipson '22 is a junior at Brown University from Raleigh, North Carolina, concentrating in Political Science and East Asian Studies. At Brown, Ben is the founder and Co-President of Students for Educational Equity, and served as Co-Director of the Brown China Summit Politics Panel in the 2019-20 school year, where he co-organized and moderated a panel on domestic Chinese politics featuring a few world-renowned scholars of China. He has traveled within China, spending two months in a language intensive program at the Harvard Beijing Academy in 2019. Intrigued by and committed to the study of both American and Chinese politics, Ben is excited by the prospect of leading the IUCJ, working with other team members to enhance public understanding of the cultural and political landscapes in both the United States and China.
